Anxiety is the human body’s natural reaction to stress. It’s the fear, worry or apprehension of things to come. Anxiety exists for a reason, and it can be a useful tool to navigate difficult situations. But when anxiety gets out of control, it can become our biggest obstacle.

Issues with anxiety are very common, and they can range from minor to severe. At its worst, anxiety can be debilitating. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but fortunately, anxiety is a very treatable condition. Our counsellors are highly experienced in working with people through their anxiety to reach a manageable, comfortable level.
